Voticon handbags, clutches and wallets arrive ready to use. No assembly or installation is required, and we do not offer or charge for any assembly or installation service.

Detachable Straps, Chains and Charms

Some items come with detachable parts, such as crossbody straps, gold-tone chains, wrist straps, tassels or charms. To attach them:

  1. Locate the metal rings or D-rings on the sides of the bag.
  2. Open the swivel clip or lobster clasp by pressing the lever.
  3. Hook the clip onto the ring and release the lever – make sure it closes fully.
  4. Adjust the strap length using the slider buckle if the strap is adjustable.

Before First Use

  • Remove any protective film from hardware and any paper stuffing.
  • Check that all clips are fully closed before carrying the bag.
  • Do not overload bags beyond their normal everyday capacity.
