We understand plans change. This policy explains how to cancel an order with Voticon. It is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Do We Accept Order Cancellations?

Yes. Voticon accepts order cancellations both before and after dispatch.

Cancelling Before Dispatch

You can cancel free of charge at any time before your order is dispatched. Email support@voticon.com or call +44 7405 671467 with your order number. We will confirm the cancellation by email and refund you in full, including any delivery charge, within 14 days of your cancellation (usually within 3–5 business days).

Cancelling After Dispatch – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

As a UK consumer buying online, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel your order without giving a reason. The cooling-off period ends 14 days after the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods. For orders delivered in several parcels, it ends 14 days after the last parcel arrives.

  1. Tell us you wish to cancel before the cooling-off period ends – by email to support@voticon.com, by phone, or by using the model cancellation form below.
  2. Send the goods back within 14 days of telling us you are cancelling, to the address we provide.
  3. We refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or of receiving proof that you have sent them, whichever is earlier.

Refunds include the original standard delivery charge (delivery is free on all orders) and are made to your original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs

If you cancel for change of mind, you pay the cost of returning the goods. If the item is damaged, faulty or incorrect, we pay the return cost.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking or cancellation fees. We may reduce a refund only if the value of the goods has been reduced because they were handled more than necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning (for example, visible wear or removed tags).

Late Delivery

If we have not delivered your order within 30 days, you may cancel and receive a full refund. Read more in our Shipping Policy.

Model Cancellation Form

This is the model cancellation form set out in Schedule 3 of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. You are welcome to use it, but it is not compulsory – any clear statement (for example by email to support@voticon.com) is enough.

Voticon Policies at a Glance

  • Delivery time: 1–2 business days processing + 2–4 business days transit = 3–6 business days total, free to every UK address (see our Shipping Policy).
  • Order cut-off time: orders placed before 12:00 PM (UK time), Monday to Friday start processing the same business day.
  • Maximum delivery time: every order is delivered within 30 days of purchase, unless agreed otherwise with you.
  • Order cancellation: accepted – free of charge before dispatch, and under your 14-day cooling-off right after dispatch (Order Cancellation Policy).
