This Billing Policy explains how prices, payments and VAT work when you shop at voticon.com.

Currency and Prices

All prices are shown in British Pounds (GBP, £) and include VAT at the current UK rate. Voticon is VAT registered: VAT No. GB226631279. Delivery is free, so the price at checkout is the total you pay.

Payment Methods

The payment methods available are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by secure, PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment providers. Voticon does not see or store your full card details.

When You Are Charged

Your payment is taken when you place your order. If an item cannot be supplied, we will contact you and refund the amount in full within 14 days.

Order Confirmation and VAT Invoice

After purchase, you receive an order confirmation email showing the items, price, VAT and total. If you need a VAT invoice, email support@voticon.com with your order number.

Refunds

Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days, as set out in our Refund & Return Policy and Order Cancellation Policy.

Pricing Errors

If a price is clearly shown incorrectly, we will contact you before dispatch and offer the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel with a full refund.

Failed or Declined Payments

If a payment is declined, the order will not be processed. Please check your details or contact your bank.

Voticon Policies at a Glance

  • Delivery time: 1–2 business days processing + 2–4 business days transit = 3–6 business days total, free to every UK address (see our Shipping Policy).
  • Order cut-off time: orders placed before 12:00 PM (UK time), Monday to Friday start processing the same business day.
  • Maximum delivery time: every order is delivered within 30 days of purchase, unless agreed otherwise with you.
  • Order cancellation: accepted – free of charge before dispatch, and under your 14-day cooling-off right after dispatch (Order Cancellation Policy).
  • Cooling-off period: 14 days from the day after you receive your order.
  • Refunds & returns: accepted within a 30-day return window from delivery (Refund & Return Policy).
  • Refund timing: within 14 days of cancellation / receiving the item back.
  • Return shipping costs: paid by the customer for change-of-mind returns; paid by Voticon for damaged, defective or incorrect items.
  • Restocking fees: none – Voticon never charges a restocking fee.
  • Warranty: 12-month Voticon warranty against manufacturing defects (Warranty & Replacement).
