Every Voticon product is checked before dispatch and is covered by our warranty. This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which remain unaffected.

Warranty Duration

All Voticon handbags, clutches and wallets carry a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery.

What’s Covered

  • Stitching that comes apart under normal use.
  • Faulty zips, zip pullers or zip tracks.
  • Clasps, push-locks, press studs, buckles or frame closures that fail.
  • Handles, strap rings, D-rings, swivel clips or chain fittings detaching or breaking.
  • Lining seams splitting.
  • Peeling or cracking of material caused by a manufacturing fault.
  • Gold-tone hardware or emblems coming loose.

What’s Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear, scuffs, scratches and creasing from everyday use.
  • Colour transfer from clothing (for example, dye from denim) or natural colour change from sunlight.
  • Damage from water, heat, chemicals, perfumes, oils or improper cleaning.
  • Damage from overloading, misuse, accidents or pets.
  • Items altered or repaired by anyone other than Voticon.
  • Loss, theft, or lost detachable parts.
  • Products bought from sellers other than voticon.com (see Authorized Retailer & Authenticity).

How to Make a Warranty Claim

  1. Email support@voticon.com with your order number, a description of the problem and clear photos.
  2. We will review your claim within 2 business days and may ask for more information.
  3. If approved, we will send a free replacement of the same item (or a similar item of equal value if it is no longer available) or issue a refund.
  4. We provide a prepaid label for returning the faulty item where needed.

Damaged on Arrival

Items damaged in transit are handled under our Refund & Return Policy – please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Voticon Policies at a Glance

  • Delivery time: 1–2 business days processing + 2–4 business days transit = 3–6 business days total, free to every UK address (see our Shipping Policy).
  • Order cut-off time: orders placed before 12:00 PM (UK time), Monday to Friday start processing the same business day.
  • Maximum delivery time: every order is delivered within 30 days of purchase, unless agreed otherwise with you.
  • Order cancellation: accepted – free of charge before dispatch, and under your 14-day cooling-off right after dispatch (Order Cancellation Policy).
  • Cooling-off period: 14 days from the day after you receive your order.
  • Refunds & returns: accepted within a 30-day return window from delivery (Refund & Return Policy).
  • Refund timing: within 14 days of cancellation / receiving the item back.
  • Return shipping costs: paid by the customer for change-of-mind returns; paid by Voticon for damaged, defective or incorrect items.
  • Restocking fees: none – Voticon never charges a restocking fee.
  • Warranty: 12-month Voticon warranty against manufacturing defects (Warranty & Replacement).
