These Billing Terms & Conditions apply to all payments made on voticon.com and form part of our Terms of Service.

1. Authorisation

By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided and authorise Voticon and its payment providers to charge the full order amount.

2. Accurate Billing Information

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate billing and contact information. Orders with incorrect details may be delayed or cancelled.

3. Pricing and VAT

All prices are in GBP and include UK VAT (VAT No. GB226631279). There are no delivery charges or hidden fees.

4. Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers, orders may be checked for fraud. We may contact you to verify details, and we may cancel and fully refund any order we reasonably believe is fraudulent.

5. Contract Formation

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send your dispatch confirmation email. If we cannot accept your order, you will not be charged, or any payment will be refunded in full.

6. Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 days, as described in our Refund & Return Policy. We do not charge restocking fees.

7. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first at support@voticon.com or +44 7405 671467. Most issues can be resolved quickly. This does not affect your right to contact your card provider.

8. Payment Security

Payments are encrypted and handled by secure third-party processors. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.

Voticon Policies at a Glance

  • Delivery time: 1–2 business days processing + 2–4 business days transit = 3–6 business days total, free to every UK address (see our Shipping Policy).
  • Order cut-off time: orders placed before 12:00 PM (UK time), Monday to Friday start processing the same business day.
  • Maximum delivery time: every order is delivered within 30 days of purchase, unless agreed otherwise with you.
  • Order cancellation: accepted – free of charge before dispatch, and under your 14-day cooling-off right after dispatch (Order Cancellation Policy).
  • Cooling-off period: 14 days from the day after you receive your order.
  • Refunds & returns: accepted within a 30-day return window from delivery (Refund & Return Policy).
  • Refund timing: within 14 days of cancellation / receiving the item back.
  • Return shipping costs: paid by the customer for change-of-mind returns; paid by Voticon for damaged, defective or incorrect items.
  • Restocking fees: none – Voticon never charges a restocking fee.
  • Warranty: 12-month Voticon warranty against manufacturing defects (Warranty & Replacement).
