This page explains how larger Voticon items are delivered. Because we sell handbags, clutches and wallets, we do not use freight, pallet or two-person delivery services. Every order, including our larger totes and satchels, is sent as a standard tracked parcel.

How Larger Items Are Sent

  • All items ship by tracked parcel courier to any UK address.
  • Larger bags are packed in a sturdier box with padding to protect their shape, straps and gold hardware.
  • Orders with several items may arrive in one or more parcels; each parcel has its own tracking.

Freight Charges

There are no freight, oversized or surcharge fees. Delivery is free on every order.

Delivery Time

1–2 business days processing + 2–4 business days transit = 3–6 business days total. Order cut-off time: 12:00 PM (UK time), Monday to Friday. Every order is delivered within 30 days. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

Will the Carrier Call Before Delivery?

Parcel couriers do not usually call, but you will receive tracking updates by email and/or SMS. Please provide a valid mobile number at checkout.

Inspecting Your Delivery

Please check your parcel when it arrives. If the box or item is damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos at support@voticon.com. We will replace or refund the item at no cost to you – see our Refund & Return Policy.

Voticon Policies at a Glance

  • Delivery time: 1–2 business days processing + 2–4 business days transit = 3–6 business days total, free to every UK address (see our Shipping Policy).
  • Order cut-off time: orders placed before 12:00 PM (UK time), Monday to Friday start processing the same business day.
  • Maximum delivery time: every order is delivered within 30 days of purchase, unless agreed otherwise with you.
  • Order cancellation: accepted – free of charge before dispatch, and under your 14-day cooling-off right after dispatch (Order Cancellation Policy).
  • Cooling-off period: 14 days from the day after you receive your order.
  • Refunds & returns: accepted within a 30-day return window from delivery (Refund & Return Policy).
  • Refund timing: within 14 days of cancellation / receiving the item back.
  • Return shipping costs: paid by the customer for change-of-mind returns; paid by Voticon for damaged, defective or incorrect items.
  • Restocking fees: none – Voticon never charges a restocking fee.
  • Warranty: 12-month Voticon warranty against manufacturing defects (Warranty & Replacement).
