These Terms of Service govern your use of voticon.com and your purchases from Voticon, 2 Biscay Lane, Wath upon Dearne, Rotherham, South Yorkshire, S63 6PT, United Kingdom (VAT No. GB226631279). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. We sell to consumers and deliver within the United Kingdom only.

2. Products

We make every effort to show products accurately. Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings. Product descriptions describe materials, features and included parts.

3. Prices and Payment

Prices are in GBP and include VAT. Delivery is free. Payment terms are set out in our Billing Policy and Billing Terms & Conditions.

4. Orders and Contract

You will receive an order confirmation email when you place an order. The contract is formed when we dispatch your order and send a dispatch confirmation.

5. Delivery

Orders are delivered within 3–6 business days (1–2 days processing + 2–4 days transit), and always within 30 days. Order cut-off time is 12:00 PM (UK time), Monday to Friday. See our Shipping Policy.

6. Cancellation, Returns and Refunds

You have a 14-day cooling-off period and a 30-day return window. Refunds are made within 14 days. See our Order Cancellation Policy and Refund & Return Policy.

7. Warranty

Products carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. See our Warranty & Replacement.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including the Voticon name, V logo, product photos, text and designs, belongs to Voticon and may not be copied or used without permission.

9. Acceptable Use

You must not misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it for any unlawful purpose. Security issues can be reported via our Report Security Issue page.

10. Liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or breach of your statutory rights.

11. Privacy

Your personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force at the time of your order apply to that order.

Voticon Policies at a Glance

  • Delivery time: 1–2 business days processing + 2–4 business days transit = 3–6 business days total, free to every UK address (see our Shipping Policy).
  • Order cut-off time: orders placed before 12:00 PM (UK time), Monday to Friday start processing the same business day.
  • Maximum delivery time: every order is delivered within 30 days of purchase, unless agreed otherwise with you.
  • Order cancellation: accepted – free of charge before dispatch, and under your 14-day cooling-off right after dispatch (Order Cancellation Policy).
  • Cooling-off period: 14 days from the day after you receive your order.
  • Refunds & returns: accepted within a 30-day return window from delivery (Refund & Return Policy).
  • Refund timing: within 14 days of cancellation / receiving the item back.
  • Return shipping costs: paid by the customer for change-of-mind returns; paid by Voticon for damaged, defective or incorrect items.
  • Restocking fees: none – Voticon never charges a restocking fee.
  • Warranty: 12-month Voticon warranty against manufacturing defects (Warranty & Replacement).
